Check the flexibility of the spindle operation, remove the spindle, grab the stop plate, and gently rotate the rotating plate to check whether the rotation is flexible, whether there is any abnormal noise, and whether there is a lack of oil. If the spindle is found to be abnormal, pull out the stop disc with force to separate the stop disc from the rotating disc. Check whether there is waste wire wrapped around the spindle bearing, remove it if so, and check the flexibility of the bearing. If there is no waste wire around, but the bearing is not rotating flexibly, or the bearing is still not rotating flexibly after removing the waste wire, use a special fixture to remove the bearing and replace it with a new bearing. Use a tubular clamp to hold the inner ring of the bearing and press the bearing in. After the upper surface of the bearing is coated with low-torque butter, press the stop plate in. If the spindle foot is short of oil, refill it immediately.
Check whether the dragon belt makes any abnormal noise, whether it moves up and down, whether it is wrapped with waste wire, and whether it is stained with oil. Check whether the tangential belt touches the upper and lower limit wheels. If it does, the height of the tension wheel needs to be adjusted, starting from the side of the automatic belt pulley. When twisting to the right, the tangential belt rolls clockwise, so when adjusting, start checking from the automatic belt pulley and check one week clockwise. The moving up and down movement of the dragon belt is also caused by the poor height position of the tension wheel. If there is waste wire wrapped around the dragon's belt, it can be processed when the machine is shut down in a small amount. In many cases, it needs to be dealt with immediately, otherwise the dragon's belt will slip and make abnormal noises.
When the lanyard is seriously polluted, the spindle speed will decrease and abnormal sounds will be made. Therefore, the lanyard should be removed and cleaned with neutral detergent. When the tangential belt is driven, it passes through the outside of the tension pulley and the inside of the tangential belt. The primary function of the tension pulley is to maintain the tension of the tangential belt and ensure that the transmission does not slip. When adjusting the warp tensioner, make sure that the tensioner wheel rotates flexibly. If the tensioner wheel does not rotate flexibly, it will wear the dragon belt. At the same time, ensure that the tensioner wheel drives smoothly. The top roller should be checked to see if it is flexible and whether there is wire winding. If there is yarn winding, it can be processed at the end of the machine when a small amount of yarn is wound. If there is a lot of winding wire, it will affect its transmission and should be stopped immediately.
